I'm not an expert
at all when it comes to Pallies, let alone Prot ones, but here's a couple of things I noticed about your spec:
1) You said:

- i only put pt in most usefull things to eat hits
Well, Eye for an Eye doesn't eat the hits, it merely returns some damage taken to the caster, on spells. I think you could get more aggro generated by Holy Shield/Avenger's Shield.
2) Prot Pallies (from what I've noticed) don't really need a lot of mana to keep aggro once they have it. The mana they get from being healed should be enough to use all of your abilities. If this is not the case, perhaps set up a Judgement of Wisdom rotation for yourself.
3) Stoicism is not really that useful for anything but PvP. There may be a boss fight or two where the boss may dispell things off of himself, but those are few and far between.
4)
You've specced into two different auras, both for increased holy damage. You can only use one at a time, so don't spec into both.
5) Pursuit of Justice: imo, there's much better places to spend your talents for tanking.
6) Conviction: effects chance to get melee critical strikes. Now, from what I've heard, most of your aggro/damage will not come from the physical damage (unless you're a 2-hander Ret Pally), but rather the Seal of Righteousness that you imbue yourself with. Although, your spells can't get all of the aggro by themselves; thus I suggest the one-handed spec down in Protection tree.
Now that I've sent up a "Wall 'o text",
here's the spec that I came up with:
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/paladin/talents.html?tal=0000000000000000000005005033500001525215510502500100000000000000Now, the goal I had with this spec was to increase the aggro that you would dish out, as well as increasing your health, rather than minimizing the spell damage that you occasionally come across.
--Getting Combat Expertise makes it so that the mob won't dodge as often. The reason this is nice is that if the mob dodges, you melee attack doesn't hit, and your Seal doesn't hit; potentially a big loss of aggro.
--Blessing of Sanctuary reduces the damage you take in from
all sources. This sort of covers the talents from ret you had, while also making it so that you do addional damage when you block.
--Avenger's Shield/Holy Shield... you just gotta have them.
--2/3 Imp Seal of the Crusader/Seal of Command. This is where my Paladin knowledge fails me. I don't know how useful Seal of Righteousness is, and whether Seal of Command has more benefits to it. If SoC isn't better than SoR, I'd say drop it and pick up a third point in Imp Seal of the Crusader.
With all of that said,
if you really do need the mana more than I think you do for tanking, I'd say spec into Holy for the extra Int, and maybe even get Imp SoR. You can skimp on One-handed Spec in order to get them, I believe (again, I'm not the expert
).
I hope that this was helpful in some way, and I didn't misunderstand your intentions with what you were needing.
Those who know more than I do about this topic, please correct me on my errors!
