What level of involvement are you looking for with our raids?: To be a regular raider or at least be an alternate.

How did you hear about NexMilitis?: A few members from my guild merged with them

Do you have any personal references within the guild?: Not particularly, just some of the old blackwater members.

Why do you wish to join NexMilitis?: I want to see end game content and clear Hyjal/BT before the expansion.

Why do you think NexMilitis would be a good fit for you?: They are going to progress and I would like to as well.

Have you grouped with any nexMilitis members or have friends in NexMilitis? (RL and/or in game): I have not currently, but when a few were in Blackwater i raided with them a few times.

Five Monkeys Tall - They stopped raiding. Everyone got along pretty well.
Blackwater - The majority of the members left and they are no longer raiding.
People usually got along with each other.

Do you feel it is the guilds job to help gear you for raids?: No, you should be running heroics to get badges/loot on your own time.

What are your usual playing times? Would you be available for our scheduled raid times?:
Usually on 6ST-12ST, Yes

Will you have a problem making it to at least 3 raids a week?: No

Tell us a little about yourself and why you would be a good asset to NexMilitis: I am 16 years old and am still in high school, i know how to play my class and can put out some good dps. I like to have fun but can be serious when needed.

Do you have vent? (Microphone is optional, but we need you to be able to listen.): yes, I have vent and a mic.

We do have about 5-6 rogues right now with that similar level of gear, and only 1-2 are invited to raids each night. So I'm not sure how many raids you'd actually make it into.
